About
The business vision behind EcoLogic — from the Gaia Protocol framework to the product line, the B2B HoReCa model, the QR traceability concept, and the subscription-based retention loop — is Devansh's. His conviction is simple: the circular economy doesn't need more awareness; it needs better supply chain infrastructure.
What He Built
- Conceived the Gaia Protocol — EcoLogic's end-to-end product traceability framework
- Designed the 13-SKU launch inventory across bagasse, areca, wooden cutlery, and cornstarch lines
- Defined the QR-to-subscription retention model (B2B tableware → D2C garbage bag subscriptions)
- Established material sourcing partnerships with CPCB and BIS-certified suppliers
- Created the business model targeting ₹4.5Cr seed round for production inventory and B2B scale
- Conceptualized the Lab (QR traceability) and Academy (educational modules) verticals
The Vision
EcoLogic exists because Devansh saw compostable products being sold as guilt-free alternatives instead of genuinely superior supply chain solutions. His thesis: build products that perform identically to conventional, then make them traceable, certifiable, and returnable to soil — all verifiable via the Gaia Protocol.
