Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before shipment dispatch. To cancel:
- Email future@ecologic.live with your Order ID.
- Or use the "Cancel Order" button in your account dashboard (if order status shows "Processing").
The full payment amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
2. Post-Shipment Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may:
- Refuse delivery: The package will be returned to us. A refund (minus return shipping costs) will be issued within 7-10 business days.
- Initiate a return: Follow our Refund & Return Policy within 7 days of delivery.
3. Subscription Cancellations
For recurring garbage bag subscriptions:
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle (at least 48 hours before your renewal date).
- No cancellation fee. Your current cycle remains active until its expiry date.
- Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated at any time from your account dashboard.
4. B2B / Bulk Order Cancellations
Bulk orders (above ₹10,000) are subject to the following cancellation terms:

| Within 24 hours of order | No fee - full refund |
| After 24 hours, before production | 5% administrative fee |
| After production has started | Non-cancellable (store credit offered) |
