Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before shipment dispatch. To cancel:

  • Email future@ecologic.live with your Order ID.
  • Or use the "Cancel Order" button in your account dashboard (if order status shows "Processing").

The full payment amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

2. Post-Shipment Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may:

  • Refuse delivery: The package will be returned to us. A refund (minus return shipping costs) will be issued within 7-10 business days.
  • Initiate a return: Follow our Refund & Return Policy within 7 days of delivery.

3. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring garbage bag subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle (at least 48 hours before your renewal date).
  • No cancellation fee. Your current cycle remains active until its expiry date.
  • Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated at any time from your account dashboard.

4. B2B / Bulk Order Cancellations

Bulk orders (above ₹10,000) are subject to the following cancellation terms:

Timing Fee
Within 24 hours of order No fee - full refund
After 24 hours, before production 5% administrative fee
After production has started Non-cancellable (store credit offered)
